We work remotely across Australia, New Zealand, and the US Pacific region. Our timezone-aligned, remote-first delivery model provides senior coverage without travel overheads. We’re on-site only when critical, for workshops, steering, or go-live events. 

We use a transparent and region-sensitive pricing model:

• Australia & New Zealand: A$1,500–1,800/day for senior consultants, or fixed-fee packages for roadmap and fit-to-standard phases.
• US Pacific: Premium positioning with retainer models for ongoing assurance.
